If you are a current Block House customer, please choose “Existing Customer,” enter your Account number or an Invoice number if you have one, and fill out the rest of the required fields. Applications submitted during business hours are typically set up within an hour. If outside of business hours, your account will be set up the next business day.

If you are new to Block House and are a business customer that is engaged in reselling and hold a valid state resale tax permit, please fill out and submit the form below. A representative from our Customer Service team will contact you within 2 business days to assist in setting up your account. If credit is requested, credit applications are typically completed within 5 to 10 business days.
